Intentional food microbiology:
Various yogurt bacteria floating amid milk protein and fat globules

UNintentional food microbiology:
Wet-mount photomicrograph showing mold mycelia and a mass that kind of looks like large spore cases or something

Completely unrelated but … did you know that BlackBerry’s Bold 9700 which comes with a 3.2MP camera, will automatically geotag your pictures for you if you want? Geotagging hits mainstream! Woo hoo!

Cool – I noticed that the Google G1 phone that the Minister of Rocktology here has also does the same thing. Now I actually WANT a “smart phone”. Of course, what I want is a Nokia N900, but I can’t afford it. Dagnabbit.

I’m hoping they start announcing “Meego” (formerly Maemo and Moblin) phones soon.
